Professionell Deutsch

The Professionell Deutsch courses offer lessons in German as a specialist language for employees and trainees of Wiener Gesundheitsverbund (WIGEV).

The courses take place during working hours with a maximum of 15 participants. If necessary and possible, the courses take place in the facilities of the Wiener Gesundheitsverbund or can be attended entirely as an online course. The course costs are borne by the employer WIGEV.

The aim of the course is to impart job-specific German skills that are tailored to the respective linguistic requirements of the job profiles and also to the different levels of existing language skills.

A particular focus of the measure is on women with a migrant background. The focus of the measure is oral and written communication, professional development and a culturally sensitive and biography-oriented attitude.

The project Professionell Deutsch was awarded the Austrian Administration Prize in 2023 in the category “Inclusion, Integration, Gender and Diversity”.
