Professional exchange strengthens consulting expertise
Sharing knowledge, broadening perspectives, strengthening collaboration:
On April 10 six social workers from the Startbegleitung from Interface Wien, visited the training center of Vocational Education Institute (BPI) of the ÖJAB.
The focus was on the Competence Center, which supports individuals in making professional qualifications acquired abroad visible and promotes their recognition — a crucial contribution to sustainably improving access to the Austrian labour market as well as to education and training opportunities.
The direct exchange with experts on-site provided practical insights into the workshops, professional focus areas, and the wide range of labour market integration measures and programmes at BPI. The intensive dialogue was particularly enriching: practical experiences were reflected upon, and new impulses for daily counselling work were gained.
