Vienna against racism
Under the title “Vienna against racism” a conference of the City of Vienna – Integration and Diversity took place in the Vienna City Hall on 21.3.25 – Interface Wien was represented by our great colleagues David Gamsjäger and Raffael Schimpf from the project “Extremismusprävention macht Schule“ with an information stand and also as part of the panel discussion!
While Raffael shared his experiences and observations from the school workshops on racism and discrimination in schools and offered fascinating insights into how young people with a migration background deal with everyday racism and hyphenated identities, David manned our information table and was able to provide visitors to the Networking Cafe with information about the workshops of "Extremismusprävention macht Schule" and about Interface Wien, as well as diligently distributing information material and posters. Especially in demand: our classic, the Poster against prejudice!
