Interface Wien at the Vienna Adult Education Fair
Did you know that September 2024 is the month of adult education in Vienna? Vienna's adult education landscape is as diverse, colorful and exciting as autumn itself!
There was a lot to discover at the Vienna Adult Education Fair, which took place on September 23rd in Vienna City Hall – Interface Wien was of course there!
Our great colleagues were able to present our projects in adult education – the basic education projects InterSpace and Mama lernt Deutsch and the Jugendcollege StartWien – and thus motivate visitors to pursue new educational paths!

Today at StartWien College we were pleased to welcome Vienna's Deputy Mayor Bettina Emmerling and Theodora Manolakos, Head of the City of Vienna - Integration and Diversity.

Online registration for the Vienna Summer German Courses 2026 opened on April 1, 2026. The City of Vienna’s free programme is specifically aimed at school beginners who will start primary school in Vienna in autumn 2026 as non-regular pupils.
