3rd place in apprenticeship competition in Vienna: Sedra's success story
Scene Startbegleitung für Asyl- und subsidiär Schutzberechtigte: Every day, our consultants work with passion for our thousands of clients. They provide advice with expertise and empathy that all too often goes unnoticed by the public, like the flapping of a small butterfly's wings, which can trigger a tornado somewhere, at any time...
All the more wonderful when a seemingly inconspicuous consulting wing beat turns into a visible tornado of success: For many months, our wonderful colleague Husam advises and supports a single mother with three daughters from Syria. He helps to get Sedra, one of the three daughters, into a PKA (pharmaceutical commercial assistant) apprenticeship. Three years later, Sedra completes her apprenticeship with flying colors – and wins 3rd place in the apprenticeship competition for PKA apprentices in Vienna!
It is people like Sedra and stories like this that give us courage and show how our needs- and impact-oriented services enable new Viennese residents to have a good start and a promising future.
Congratulations to Sedra for this impressive achievement! And a heartfelt thank you to Husam and all our consultants for the wonderful and valuable work they do every day, which, like the beating of butterflies' wings, far too often goes unnoticed!
