For newly immigrated students between 15 and 25 years of age with their main residence in Vienna, who have been in Austria for no longer than 5 years, the project Jugendcollege StartWien offers Deutsch-Lernhilfe-courses and summer courses. You can start immediately!

SOMMERCOLLEGE
Summer courses of Lernhilfe

Would you like to brush up your German for school, but don't have enough time during your school days? Join the Sommercollege during the holidays!
 
Between July 29th and August 14th, 2024, the Sommercollege offers Viennese secondary school students (15-25 years old & no more than 5-6 years in Austria) the opportunity to improve their German for school during the summer holidays in 2 course groups ("Early Bird": 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. & "Late Riser": 12 p.m. - 3 p.m.)! In addition to dealing with school text types, reading and writing, the program also focuses on enjoying the language and making new friends.

Information

Target group

Students from vocational middle or higher schools (BHS or BMS), general higher secondary schools (AHS Oberstufe), students from schools for working individuals, from vocational schools, who are residing in Vienna, have a maximum residence duration of 5 years and are aged between 15 and 25 years.

Class times

Tue and/or Thu, 3:30 p.m.–5:30 p.m

Course duration

Semester courses: 1 semester, 2 units per week
Summer courses: 2 weeks, 20 lessons per week
